Exact a tax named `A mughotel – keeper`

The Crisis hit the tourist branch and lots of ideas are emerging to be of a help. A matter of fact is that Bulgaria should not lose any tourist , Russians included. Two problems have been raised concerning the Russian tourists – how they receive their visa and the cost of the last. The proposed idea not to decrease their price but to burden the branch organizations seems to be unreasonable – it would result in another problem – discords in the branch. Besides , some negative comments have appeared in the forums. o­ne of it discusses the branch `gratitude ` towards the administration – commissions , free of charge vacations etc. . Burdening the branch with visa`s price is determined as a way of a tax paying from the State to the benefit of the mugs who own the hotels. A new tax has been exacted named `A mug hotel-keeper `s tax`. Comments of the kind should be taken in mind from the authorities , why not even at governmental level . An internet society is already a reality and themes should be brought into consideration.
